What areas do you service?
At present we are servicing the following postcodes in North London:
N2, N3, N10, N12, N20, NW4, NW7, NW11 and EN5.
We plan to offer more areas in the near future.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No, it's not necessary for you to be home. So long as we have access to your garden, we can carry out the clean-up without you being present. We'll also send you a text message to let you know when we're on the way, as well as send you a photo of your securely closed gate when we're done.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. We'll take payment via your credit/debit card.
Are you insured?
Yes, we certainly are! We always work with caution when cleaning up our clients' properties, but in the unlikely event of an accident, you will not be responsible for any unplanned costs.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
For us your dog's health and safety is paramount. We take proactive measures to prevent the spread of bugs, parasites, viruses, and other harmful diseases. All of our tools and footwear are fully sanitised using kennel-grade distenfectant before and after every visit.
What do you do with the waste once you're done?
We'll double bag it using odour-resistant, scented bags and drop it in your refuse bin for you.
Do you work in all weather conditions?
Yes, we'll be there for your scheduled pick-up come rain or shine. Severe conditions such as high winds or thunderstorms might make scooping hazardous, but rest assured we'll get around to your scoop-up as soon as possible!
